More random pictures...

Warning:  Random pictures that could be very boring.

At my computer, I looked up to see this...

Awww...

Isabel playing at the mall

Whenever I take Isabel to a store that has cribs,
this is where I will find her.

She crawls in and pretends to be a baby again.
She just loves it.
:)

The girls at a science exhibit at the
History Museum

They got to dress up and do real experiments
with real equipment and real computers and real
little fishy things.
Very cool.
They loved it.

The Days of Harvest

 Has your harvest come in?

I pray that blessings would pour in your window, overflowing, filling your house
to the brim, for this year and next, and for generations to come.
May your hard work produce a harvest of abundance and joy spilling over.
May your cup overflow.

The Aspens

A friend invited the girls and I to take a drive last week
to see the aspens.
I'm so glad we did.

Isabel was interested in the rocks.

I liked this one.

We ventured up the mountain to Echo Lake and had lunch before heading back down.
On the way down we could see vistas and mountains of different ranges and they looked
on fire with beauty and golden hughes of color.

Amazing beauty.

The New Cast

Gracie got her cast newly sealed.
She will have this one for two more weeks.

This is the original cast.
It was split down the middle to allow for swelling and
the red tape held it in place.

Lime green was the new choice.
Beautiful!

For all those who want to see the pins.
Four of them.
They come out when the cast comes off in a couple of weeks.
No anesthesia necessary.
(Did you just cringe?  Me too.)

We couldn't have asked for better care.
Children's Hospital has been wonderful!

-----

Grace's doctor and surgeon was Jason Rhodes.
Dr. Rhodes has as amazing story of overcoming all his own.
A nurse slipped in after he had left the room to tell us about it.
The story was written up in the Denver Post.
Click HERE to read.

He is pretty amazing.

Isabel's Birthday

I am a little late with this post, but...
on September 24th Isabel turned 4!

Four things I like about Isabel:

1.  Isabel was born with mannners.  Says "please" and "thank you" without me ever teaching her.
2.  She has the sweetest little voice.  It makes me melt.
3.  She still naps.
4.  She loves her babydolls and is a good mommy to them.

...and one more,

5.  She loves books.   And she loves me to read to her.

We love you Belle!
Happy Birthday

:)
