Cousins.

I am so thankful for cousins. They are so great to have growing up! Like permanent Playmates. And forever Buddies. My girls have great cousins and I am so thankful! They got to play a lot last weekend with cousins and had a great time. There's nothing like it.
(This picture was actually from last September. I couldn't get a good shot this weekend to save my life!)

Dr. Suess Day
Grace had Dr. Suess Day at school last week. They got to bring in all their favorite Dr. Suess books and read them.

Isabel tried it on too!

And they made these cute Dr. Suess hats!

Little Hands.
Precious little hands that search in the middle of the night, and find my face, and gently carress it. Litttle hands that reach for mine. Little hands that rub my back as I carry you. Little hands that gently lay your babydoll into a crib. Little hands that work so hard to help.
Precious little hands you have so much to give.
As you grow little hands, may you bless those who Jesus sends.

Fun Friday.
Yesterday Grace had her Valentine's Day Party at school, a pep ralley, a field trip to the nursing home and a cheering event. Wheew! A lot to pack into one day. But fun!
Here's the girls at the Valentine's Day Party.

One of the games at the party was to put on winter gloves and try to unwrap a Hershey's Kiss. The first team to finish wins. Gracie was the last to go on her team. Everyone was jumping up and down and screaming as Grace tried to finish. Ohhh the pressure! Lots of fun! (The other team won by the way - but still fun.)

Grace and her friends getting ready to cheer. (I don't have any pictures of them actually cheering because the zoom on my camera isn't working and I was too far away to get a good shot.)

Isabel and her friend Bryce played in the hall while the girls cheered.

And thanks to all the friends and family who sent Valentines yesterday. The girls loved getting so many in the mail and getting to open them! It really made them feel special! This is Grace's response after reading them all.

A great big hug to everyone!
Yes, these pictures are a bit blurry too. I have to fix my camera. Maybe a new setting or something? Bear with me.

It's Wednesday.
Today I made this.

Out of this (from Walmart).

And this.
I have been using my glue gun so much lately I feel like I should make it an honorary member of the family and name it something like "Mr. Jones" or "Hinky Dinky" or something.
This is Grace and Isabel and Grace's friend Madison.
Then we were off to a cheer camp at the Lutheran High School. Grace and Madison wanted to do this cheer camp together. So off we went!

We have done this all year for the different seasons and holidays and it has been a lot of fun.

Gracie is the one in middle-left. Madison is on the far right. They had a great time and get to cheer at the basketball game on Friday night - just like High School Musical!!!! Oh.My.Gosh!!!
(I know it's blurry, but it's the only one I got!)
