Ahhh, the freedom of summer.

Relaxed schedules, playing into the night with

friends and neighbors, sleepovers with cousins, 

swimming, warm evening parties out back,

roasting marshmellows, and celebrations with neighbors.

Do you believe it?  

I never knew I didn't until one day a man came to speak at our church who, when he got up to speak, could barely stand under the annointing.  He began by saying, "I hope this revelation is imparted to you, it seems very simplistic, but is very powerful and profound, that:

 God is good  

He is a good God."

As he shared, that truth began to penetrate my soul at the very depths.  It bypassed lies that were in there, lies I didn't even know I was believing,  The truth went deep within me that He is a GOOD God; He loves me; He's not mad at me; He's not pointing a finger at me.  Oh no, He is a good God.  He loves me.  He does.  He is good.

God is good.

Ice Skating, part 2

For some reason I am having a difficult time uploading

videos, so this is the best I could do for now.

Just some quickies of the girls on the ice. 

We had lots of fun and ice skated for about

two hours.  It was great weather and we were on

a lake that had lots of room to skate.

Will definitely be doing it again next year.
